The works consisted of the deconstruction of the former James Street Club including removal of slab and foundations. Any basement areas to be broken out and backfilled with 6F2. All materials arising from the demolition workswere removed from site to a licensed local recycling facility. The works commenced in March 2017 and were completed in April 2017.

  • Commence deconstruction
  • Removal of slab and foundations
  • Removal of Waste
  • Backfilling of any basement areas
  • Demobilisation

The works commenced in March 2017 and were completed in April 2017.
