The works consisted of the full demolition of the existing care home and adjacent office building, including asbestos removal and slab and foundations.

  2. Asbestos Removal Prior to Demolition activities (licensed asbestos removal contractor)
  3. Site set up (BHD)
  4. Delivery of machines (BHD)
  5. Delivery of Skips(BHD)
  6. Commence Soft Strip (BHD)
  7. Commence deconstruction (BHD)
  8. Removal of Waste (BHD)
  9. Demobilisation (BHD)
