The works consisted of the full rip out back to shell of Zones 2A to 2C of the existing warehouse units for future redevelopment.

The operations of the job were carried out as follows:

1. Asbestos Removal Prior to Demolition activities (licensed asbestos removal contractor)
2. Issue of Service Disconnections (Edgemont)
3. Site set up (BHD)
4. Delivery of machines (BHD)
5. Delivery of Skips(BHD)
6. Commence Soft Strip (BHD)
7. Commence deconstruction of internal walls and internal office blocks (BHD)
8. Removal of Waste (BHD)
9. Demobilisation (BHD

The works commenced in February 2016 and were completed in April 2016 with no accidents and our 90% recycling rate exceeded.
