Booth Hill Demolition was founded in 1999 and has gradually developed year on year to the well-established company that we are today. During this time, we have created a highly regarded reputation for delivering a competitive, safe and reliable service within the demolition industry across England & Wales. Booth Hill Demolition Ltd manages all aspects of any type of demolition project, including applying for licenses and notifications, compiling site specific health and safety documentation, reclamation and recycling, and working with our own preferred list of sub-contractors for areas such as scaffolding, building works, services disconnections, asbestos removal etc.

This ranges from full deconstruction of industrial units, schools, colleges, houses etc., to entire strip-outs of multi storey office buildings, logistics buildings, student accommodation etc.
We specialise in RAAC roof removal, and we are qualified to remove hazardous materials such as non-licensable asbestos.

Our directly employed team are trained to the highest standards to carry out a range of works within high pressure environments. All our operatives hold CCDO certification and on each of our sites we have fully trained site supervisors and site managers, certified with SSSTS and SMSTS qualifications. We undergo regular training programmes, both in-house and externally.
Using our own variety of plant and equipment including an extensive range of excavators, including high reach excavators, we have carried out city centre and main high street works, we have demolished sections of colleges/schools whilst students are still attending, we have demolished buildings linked to fully operational businesses, and we have stripped out buildings within busy working environments.
